What We Stand For

Chi Psi Fraternity at the University of Minnesota is defined by the values accepted by each member. Chi Psi Fraternity follows the values closely to create a bond between each member.

Chi Psi Fraternity is committed to the growth of each member in a social and academic environment. Both qualities focus on integrity, dignity and maturity while enjoying shared experiences and college sociability.

At the Lodge each member is held to an academic standard of achieving at least a 3.0 GPA each semester. College is ultimately about achieving good grades and a degree to ensure a career out of college. With deep alumni involvement, members are able to find jobs during and after school easily.

We believe strongly in community involvement. Members are required to have at least 10 hours of community service each semester at Alpha Nu of Chi Psi. Members gain community service hours by completing philanthropy events on and off campus.

Change is inevitable and desirable, but at Alpha Nu of Chi Psi our traditions remain the same. Tradition provides stability in a rapidly changing world and develops a sense of personal identity in an impersonal society.
